I'm doing 2D art for the game and I'm really enjoying it!

Also I've been learning some 3Ds max, I'm gonna get myself into low poly modeling for videogames!
I also just installed Crysis again in order to explore the level editor!

Been playing some Dead Space, Killzone 2, WoW and LittleBigPlanet (doing the level editor tutorials as well, awesome )!
All of them great games. I'm having a blast with Dead Space really, fantastic art direction and level design...such a great game!!
Killzone 2 is great as well, although it's too bad the story is pretty much empty, I still love the action sequences...and boy..the soundtrack is really amazing!!

Oh, also,  I've been reading this book called "The Masters of Doom" - It's a book about John Carmack and John Romero and the creation of the first Doom game! The book is amazing so far, really, everyone ( even people who are not much into gameS ) should read this, it's a great biography about 2 little guys with big dreams who gave the first step to what most games are today.

I think that's all, gonna try to update this blog a bit more!

Dead Space - Just arrived today, I'm really thrilled about this game - Sci Fi + horror = win.

Ratchet and Clank PS3 - Such a great game, impressive graphics, very nice humour, and awesome plataforming.

Street Fighter 4 - Only at work though, cool game :)

Just finished Resistence : Fall of character script.
And here are some facts I learned throughout my somehow painful experience:

Hale is Retarded -  He doesn't know how to articulate words, so he limits himself to making some pre-historical gestures and distant faceless expressions.

He is apparently immune to the terrible disease of the terrible Chimera.. this was so original, the main character not being infected, it was the only thing that
actually kept me playing. Very original indeed.

But the thing about Hale is his personality..the game really managed to make me feel attached, and I might even say..attracted to Nathan Hale...his dialogues
were so good..maybe a little corny, but so good, they actually reminded me of Anakin on star wars episode 2 and 3. Fantastic script, really got me into the character.
Seriously...what the fuck? I was more concerned about the other general that plays by yourside then about myself, this is probably the most retarded character I have
ever played as, I was waiting for him to start dancing like a fucking crazy monkey and then commit suicide or something like that..wtf.





Stephen Cartwright: The true hero of this game.

I don't even know why Nathan Hale is considered the hero in this game, I really don't know..let's look at the facts.

Stephen Cartwright IS invencible. He is like fucking Iron Man, you can shoot at him all you want, he will stand his ground, he shall never fall. Ever.
Nathan Hale, even with his super mega ultra hiper regeneration hability is still a pussy and will die after a few shots.

Stephen Cartwright has a Hero personality : Yes, he has more personality than Nathen. He knows how to talk, and how to scream, and I bet he is having an affair with the girl that narrates the "story".
Nathan Hale has a Retarded Personality: Ghuuuuuuuuuuuualkrkaaaaaaal hruahalalala

Stephen Cartwright has the looks of a Hero: He is tall, strong, and wears a hat.
Nathan Hale is almost bald, is always drooling mutant saliva, has fucking red glowing eyes from time to time ( and starts jumping like a fucking happy dinausaur when this happens ) and doesn't know
what fucking social communication is.

on the next part I will talk about the chimera, oh..and about the narrator girl that I'm pretty sure Nathan would never be able to get in bed by any regular human ways

So, here I am, 4:30 AM, awake, writing this shit, when I should be sleeping like a damn rock.
Been having allot of sleep problems in these last months and specially in these last days, I was wondering if anyone also has this kind of insomnia?

Anyway, I just finished God of War 2 and it was fucking amazing, what an epic game. Although I liked the first one a bit more ( because it was the first ) this one is certainly one of the best games I've played for PS2.
Now I need to finish Far Cry 2, I'm like 65% complete or something like that.
