So far It's pretty good.  Harder than FO3 and buggier but also much less frustrating when bugs are ignored.  The new repair system is much improved and iron sights are actually accurate.  I can't wait to kick some more @ss and get strong enough to solo a giant rad scorpion (without 47 stimpaks...).
