Got some bad news about people traveling to VR world. I'm afraid its a long standing story trope that isn't going to leave. I laugh because when I was a kid it was western novels doing it as a D&D coming to life setting. Thomas Covenant by Stephen Donaldson and Guardians of the Flame by Joel Rosenberg come to mind. Sometimes we get lucky and there is a good one that pops up from time to time.
I'm laughing at myself right now. I think it was mentioned in a GB Podcast that there were as many games released on Steam in 2016 as in all previous years. ANNNNNDDD I cannot even make a top 10 list for 2016.
WIll Dan be the greatest heel to walk the earth? Will Brad ever be good at video games? Will Rorie switch to cats? Will Jeff finally get all the Sneak Kings? Will Stree Overlord be the next Giant Bomb SF content editor? The answers to these questions and much much more will be given very slowly over the next 365 days.
This whole Jeff is better than Dan is a bit silly. Both just offer different approaches. Jeff is more no nonsense git-er-done and Dan is lets-do-this-bat-shit-crazy-style. I like and appreciate both approaches. Jeff and Dan help Brad when he is waffling on choices and both help him notice alternative routes. Also in Brads defense its been said that when on camera the guys sometimes get tunnel vision because they are multitasking the game and commentary. Maybe its just the Giant Bomb community "get rid of Dan" meme thing that's going or maybe it just me overreacting but I'm just finding it tiresome.
Seaman knows the gate. Seaman is the gate. Seaman is the key and guardian of the gate. Past, present, future, all are one in Seaman. He knows where the Old Ones broke through of old, and where They shall break through again.
