I have loved the witcher games. But I have never bought a CD Project Red game at launch. I have always come to their games a year later plus later. Looks like this will be the same.
Yeah, I definitely think I'll wait for the GOTY edition in a year or so that includes all the DLC, patches, etc.
My wife and I both played Witcher 3 upon release; her on PC and I on our Xbox One. We powered through the bugs for dozens of hours because we were enjoying the game, but we both stopped before finishing the campaign. We came back to it later (maybe after a year?) when it was a lot more stable and we were no longer worrying constantly about our saves becoming corrupt, and that was a much better experience. So, we'll probably wait a while on Cyberpunk 2077.
EDIT: That's just considering the technical performance. The other complaints people are having about the game are also concerning.
What an enjoyable stream. The Giant Bomb crew playing games like this, Sea of Thieves, etc. are so much fun to watch. You all can be so funny as a group. I look forward to more streams.
