Thank goodness that's over with!

With that most irritating time of year past, I figure it's time to stop grumbling so much. At least I didn't hear "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" even once this year.
Although no-one will read this, I'm curious as to if anyone else here actually has played Marchen Maze and likes it; I think it's kind of a shame it's such a forgotten game.
Anyway, since this is really all about chicken, time for another recipe I think is well worth it. But first, let me tell you about CIRCUS LUPUS. That's right, ladies and gents, free tickets to CIRCUS LUPUS. But remember, don't sit in the front row! And now to the chicken. This is a tapas dish, and so easy anyone can make it, even if you don't really cook! The recipe is also easy to expand or shrink depending on how much you want to make.
POLLO CON LIMON Y AJILLO
2 chicken breast fillets, sliced in to thin strips
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 shallots, chopped
1 tsp paprika
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a pan. Stir fry the chicken with the garlic, shallots and paprika until thoroughly cooked. Add the lemon juice and parsley, and then salt and pepper to your liking. Serve with lemon wedges if you so choose!
