So, my first list. I thought I'd start off with an easy one - seeing as this is a regular topic of conversation at work, so I pretty much have this down to ten titles. Five titles or less seems restricted somehow. However, I'm looking to expand on this, so if anyone has any recommendations for awesome games to play then what are you waiting for? Tell me!
All time favourite! Nothing has beaten this so far, my standards are set to this game.
The first proper PC game I played and still utterly brilliant after all this time. If you have a PC and haven't played this... well, I'm disappointed because you're missing out!
The first game I obsessed over - I know I'm not the only one. This game is so near perfect it's insane.
Okay, so I love the entire Pokemon series, and my actual favourite is Crystal (I just love Johto, and the fact I could finally play as a girl!) but Yellow was my first Pokemon game and it has a special place in my heart.
A really underrated RPG, the story, gameplay and characters are astounding - it's a massive shame that most people missed it when it originally came out.
Another classic and still brilliant after so long. Some of my best memories come from being scared out of my wits by this game.
Oh, how much I love this game. So much so that I played it for 48 hours straight for charity. But that is a different story altogether.
Another PC game but how can you not include this?
This game is stupid, mindless and so much fun. Although not that old, it's on the list still.
Technically cheating, but I love both L4D games. Zombies, guns, frying pans - what's not to love? This game is my stress relief.
