In my opinion the most important story lines in this series is the Genophage and the Geth x Quarian story arcs, ME3 isnt the best of the series but it gives a damn good end (depending on your choices) to these arcs. So I would recommend replaying the last mission to bring Tali back. And whoever is mad about that is a bosh’tet!
