The game I'm struggling to remember came on multiple CD-ROMs inside a plastic fold case. It had yellow and blue on it, but was mostly yellow. It had a futuristic underwater element to it -- you would have to leave your apartment and go out on this underwater propelled watercraft thing.
The only other part I can recall is an FMV of being inside your 3D-rendered apartment. I think the interface was pre-rendered and clickable like Myst. There -may- have been a tie into Jacques Cousteau, but I can't confirm that. But, there was an underwater theme.
