Hmmmm. It seems that 2 of the 3 sites kicked out of the US are decidedly dodgy. They haven't paid back the US players their money and even international players are having a hard time getting cashouts. Perhaps the DOJ had their reasons after all. I guess the rule is simple. If you want to play online poker, play at Party or Pokerstars.

Now as a gamer there's nothing more I like than wagering some cash on the outcome of a few poker hands. I don't see what's so bad about that and, being in the UK, I don't have to declare any winnings or pay any tax on them. However, the US government has just killed the US online poker market, taking away 1/3rd of all the players I used to win money from. Bummer.

So....Wednesday morning I get an email inviting me to try out the Infamous 2 Beta and User-created content.
By the time I get to my PS3, PSN is down.....And it's still down.
Gutted.
