Honestly this game isn't that great. After playing through it twice, it's just meh. There's nothing particularly conflicting in making your decisions, achieving the "good" ending is just common sense, and its attempts at depth of characters is just to throw more text on screen. Yes, it's a text-based game, but everything in this game is just so light as a feather that nothing has any impact.
So, as much as I agree that this QL didn't do the best at showing the game off, the shitty comments about the staff's knowledge of history or art or whatever are getting old. No one is walking away from these videos thinking "I now know everything about Renaissance painters!" so I don't see why so many of you feel the need to call out Dan for what he doesn't know. It just makes you sound like a dick. Feel free to throw it in my face the day that someone flunks a college course on Renaissance painters because they cited something from a GB QL. Until then, you just sound like a know-it-all asshole.
People aren't calling Dan out for what he doesn't know. They are calling him out for his usual heel bullshit where he seems almost gleaming about his lack of knowledge or scope. You wanna talk about getting old? Dan's schtick is fucking deceased at this point.
