@jaypb08: I read your story and it was amazing. Another example of how video games can touch our souls in ways we would never realize. For your goal JayPB08 of becoming a programmer don't sell yourself short. Always strive for your goal no matter what and do whatever it takes to achieve it. You'll make it no doubt about that.
@shindig: I'll agree with you the Boss being a better character I just have more love EVA because of that silly objectification Kojima threw in there. The Boss by far a better character than her and the whole reason MGS 3 happens. Being a hormonal teen also helped with EVA sex appeal. When she is 70 and boob shot happens I think it's more for nostalgia sake than anything else, but it's still weird and funny to me.
@liquiddragon: Usually I've found these responses are from people who haven't read much or any of Superman and are going of some abstract formulation of Superman in their minds. He had many weaknesses, not just Kryptonite. Magic like someone stated. You can also just be stronger or faster than him. When they killed him off in 1992, it wasn't magic, or Kryptonite, it was just a monster that was stronger than him. It beat him down until he couldn't get up.
If your interested, read All-Star Superman. It was a 12 issue run, now collected into a graphic novel format. If anyone reads that and still thinks Superman is dumb and pointless, then I dont know what to say.
All-Star Superman is great a great book to read if you're looking for a good Superman story. Superman Birthright is another good Superman story for folks out there that may sway your opinion of him.
@wasabicurry: I've never actually bought a Nintendo console at launch before and I've been hyped about Zelda for a while now. I'm willing to look past the negatives and put faith in them. TBH Zelda is the only game I need for the Switch.
