My old account is just completely inaccessible. This is my old profile: http://www.giantbomb.com/profile/daavpuke/

When I logged in it told me that my name was already used (by me) and I needed a new account to link to it, but it never prompted me as it said it would and thus as you can see above, my old progress, wiki submissions etc etc are still lost with my old account, as well as my ability to link my social media, since they're in use there.

Hi there,

After struggling for quite some time with the site login, I finally got around to making a new profile, as prompted when I tried to sign in.

It stated that I'd be prompted to link my old profile (daavpuke) to the new system, which seems reasonable since all my old progress is on there.

However, I never received that prompt and was also unable to get an answer when I contacted support around 2 weeks ago.

I'll try once more here, since if I want to keep using the site, I'd like to do so with all the things I've done for the place (meager as it may be, it counts for me).

If anyone could see that my old profile credit is linked to my new one, I'd appreciate it. Certainly since I can't use my social media, as they're still tied to that account.
