I used the logitech Z906's for a lot of years before recently switching to expensive headphones, unless you are an audiophile they where really good. Mid range was a bit iffy but otherwise I used them for home theatre speakers as well as pc stuff.
It's a very long set of quests that are not at all interesting unless you are into the actual story, I did them once and never will again.
There is another set of them after heavensward as well, although not as much from memory. These quests are part of the reason people keep subbed, they are drip fed over an expansion and are interesting at the time they don't however play well in one big chunk imho, you wont miss too much skipping them. You will probably just see some story characters that you have no idea who they are.
I recently completed Automata without having played or knowing anything about the other games, I found it to not be a really big deal. Only a few characters that are references and they do explain some back stories if you look around for the story. After I finished it I went onto the Nier wiki and read the rest of the stuff I didn't know which filled in a few small things I was missing.
It's not that big of a deal not having played the other games IMHO.
I just watched around 5 minutes of the quicklook, watched one conversation and decided its what I need in my life and stopped watching. I'm expecting average reviews but at the same token I couldn't care less, its mass effect, gotta get my injection of space RPG.
@bedouin: Your curses worked :D the screen on my switch died the next day.
::edit:: false alarm, went back to the shop and they exhanged it for a new one. Yeh they still have stock 3 days later in aus, i think the price is too high.
Love the device, was using it all last night, went to use it today and the screen has died xD. It works when docked and whilst i want to just keep using it, I guess i just got a dud. The screen is completely blank, yyaaayyy.
Meanwhile in Australia, i walked into a jbhifi at lunch time and got one of the 10 they had out the back. I even had a choice of colour. Woooo low populated country for the win!
My third monitor is also a TV. Sometimes, if I turn my PC on without that monitor on, it will reset the refresh rate of my 144hz monitor back to the lowest it will go (60). Maybe go check that?
I have Windows 10, to do that I have to right click on Windows desktop -> display settings -> select correct monitor -> advanced display settings -> display adapter properties -> monitor tab - change refresh rate to highest it can go.
Also it's 3AM and the solution may be something much simpler.
Its also in the 'change resolution' option in the nvidia control panel, my screen does this on occasion and sets itself to 24hz, I would try this first.
