Final Fantasy Versus XIII Release Date.

I have been wondering for quite awhile for this game, and I really want to know when it will be released. .I have heard is that it was going to be released in 2009 December 31st. Of course I am not that reliable...but I found this date on an IGN website. http://ps3.ign.com/objects/826/826846.html if you are interested, take a look! :D
