Is there a cool part of Dallas? I've lived here my whole life and I've never discovered any sections of town that are particularly worthwhile, especially when compared to Austin and San Antonio. Am I missing something? 

What do you think of Led Zeppelin? I think they were highly talented and hugely influential, but a guy I know says they suck. What do you think?

I'M SO HAPPY

Today, during a discussion of Scott Pilgrim, it was reveled to me that my best friend of 9 years Matthew shared my lifelong ambition to travel to Canada. We talked about it a bit and decided that we would drive to Canada come summer 2012. I'm very excited.

Where should we go? I want to get as good a feel of Canada as I can, but our budget is not infinite. I was thinking Sault Ste. Marie -> Sudbury -> Toronto -> Ottawa -> Montreal -> Quebec City -> somewhere in Newfoundland, but I feel like I could do a lot better as far as visiting smaller, more "Canadian" cities, if you catch my drift.

So I went on a trip to Kassel, Germany to visit my Grandparents for the holidays. I've never been to Germany before. I really like it there.
