I've been playing "The Cave" with my gf on PS3 and she loves it. We have a lot of fun trying to solve the puzzles together. The first game we played together was LittleBigPlanet, however I think she found the 3D (or sort of 3D) confusing.
I'd suggest you start with classic 2D platform games where it pushes more her intellect and emotional side rather then her skill on the game pad. "The Cave" would be my suggestion for start.
