@nixnutz: I really enjoy the deliberation podcasts each year because they always end up forcing me to consider playing games I might otherwise have dismissed. It can be frustrating at times listening to them Express opinions that I don't share about games I either loved or hated, but at the end of the day I find it's good to challenge my own perspectives on games because it often leads to me having a lot of fun with stuff I didn't think possible before. I'm also at a point in my life age-wise that I don't get a chance to play very many games anymore, so these podcasts are a great way for me to hear a comparative discussion about which games are worth playing in a given year. That said, I can completely understand someone not feeling that these podcasts are worth their time in a situation where they've already got pretty firm feelings about games and just want to see what the giant bomb team felt at the end of the year.
