Xbox 360 Nostalgia
The PlayStation 3 may be my favorite console of the 7th Generation, but I do have some major nostalgia for the early days of Xbox 360. I switched to PS3 at the end of 2007. Every time I returned to the 360 after that was a negative experience. Bad UIs (wish they never got rid of the Blades UI), everything behind a paywall, more casual focus, etc. Xbox 360 from 2005 - 2007 was the golden age of that console. Don't forget about the Red Ring of Death I got to experience that twice. First time was my close to launch Xbox 360 PRO in 2007 then My refurb Xbox 360 Elite I got in Christmas of 08 it got the RROD a few months later in 2009. My friend went through 10 360's during that generation. I mean my Phat backward compatible PS3 got the Yellow Light of Death, but I got over 5 years out of that console before that happened.
