Is there anything that does not feel great? What are some of the nitpicks you have.
As far as I know, if you're in the open world doing missions, you can't have a helicopter pick you up and drop you off at another landing point immediately. The Chopper departs out of the map and into a loading screen that takes you into ACC mode (Still in the chopper) where you can select another landing zone, After Another loading screen you're back where you wanted to go.
@decibel: I agree, it would make things easy, but my playstyle is CQC and tranqgun. I was mostly asking because I was planning on using Quiet as my Buddy for as much as I could, but I was concerned that her rifle might end up raising alerts frequently.
Well, unlocking silencers and new snipers will mainly depend on how much time you spend upgrading mother base, recruiting high ranking people, and gathering resources. and kinda takes a bit of time.
How long does it take to unlock suppressors for sniper rifles? I was watching an impressions video and the guy said it took him half the game, which has me worried. Is it story locked or is it something I could unlock earlier by mainlining Mother Base stuff or looking for certain specialists out in the world?
That sounds about right. I still didnt unlock any suppressors for my snipers. I guess they don't want the game to be a cake walk so early on. You'll just be picking everyone off from a distance and not bother with the sneaking gameplay!
@decibel: Greg Miller said that it plays significantly better than Ground Zeroes. Assuming you've played Ground Zeros have you noticed that at all, if so, what's changed?
Meh, I mean it controls fantastic but I didnt notice a huge difference between GZ and TPP in terms of controls. (movement, crouching, etc)
