Been 2 hours and Castro didn't pull Premium Bombcast 478, went back to Overcast and it was there. I'm asking Castro devs if it's a problem on their end then.
Can't seem to get episode 100 of the Premium Beastcast in Castro on iOS. I'm using the RSS link with API key as per normal and the feed comes up but not with episode 100. Normal feed has it just fine. What troubleshooting steps can I take?
Anyone else experiencing videos just stopping and leaving it on a black screen? It doesn't do anything until I hit back button or the play button to return to the video's quality selection screen and start the video again from where it left off. I can only assume the Fire TV is ignoring the app and loading-but-not-loading the screensaver? It doesn't happen all the time but happens every once in a while, it just happened to me now while watching this week's GBE Playdate.
@alecgdouglas: It would put me the quality selection of the video. The screensaver one hasn't happened since my last post and could have been a one off.
After a week or so of poking with it. I have some observations. In some instances, playback outright quits and dumps me back to the menu, but maintains my spot where it left off so nothing major there. There has been an instance or two when the Fire TV's screensaver turns on despite a video is playing. Finally, when a video gets to the end it doesn't leave the player until I hit Play or Back to return.
Other than that, it's been good and works far much better than the Plex Channel I've been dealing with. Thanks!
