It’s not just me that feels it plays bad though ? Like a total disconnect between what I’m doing on the controller and what’s happening in game. The UI feels bad from the get go or should I say lack of player feedback. I have no doubt the world and story are as good as everyone says but I just fail to get past these basic game play issues.
I’d rather watch a 2 hour cut scene than hold X during the exposition under the illusion I’m playing a game. I really want to like this game but feel in the end I’ll just bounce off it.
@evilsbane: well technically that logo is atleast 5 years old from the original teaser and even then it's just a cleaned up spin on the table top Cyberpunk 2020. Don't get me wrong It's still awesome :)
@bloodsoul5: while I agree the majority of my personal GB media consumption is audio and video based I relish the chance of reading some quality peices of writing that has been curated and validated by people I feel I have come to know and trust. for he alternative is me having to devote my time to trauling the plethora of video game based websites to unearth the odd rough gem sparkling in a sea of mediocrity, burocracy and quite frankly unethical journalism..... Cause there ain't no time for that shit
