@strife777: As far as I can tell the 2 puzzles in the color container are just optional puzzles. There are a few like that in various places that don't actually unlock anything, they just increase the number on your save file. :)

The broken church door can be solved. There is a similar puzzle to this in another zone that teaches you a trick.

Ahhh Yisss. Just finished it and that puts my normal puzzle count at the known max value.

I am pretty disappointed though. It seems like the main factor is just the luck of getting easy puzzles. In my winning run the maze had the two triangle puzzles next to each other with a long strait path that was easy to remember. Also the 2-line mirror puzzle was not totally crazy in the winning run.

If there is any tip to give, it would be just to just restart the first part over and over until you get an easy maze patter on the 4th, then hope the middle puzzles are not hard. :(

I literally winced in pain/disgust reading that and looking at the solution.

@darkseraphim666:

So I found the solution online.

http://imgur.com/VkbuVwh It works but it makes no sense to me. I don't understand how the center two blue diagonal squares which should be considered "yellow" can be connected to the two purple ones to the right of them which should be considered "light blue" based on the bottom key. Am I missing something? Do I need to open this up in a photo editor to do color identification on the squares? Is this some optical illusion and those really are not purple, they just seem to be because of the background color bleeding into it?

@beachthunder: Yeah, my working theory was that.

Is the hint that there are only 2 "real" colors, the light blue and yellow and the sides are the key to translating the other colors to them? I assumed that had to be it. But I can't separate the middle blocks. The 2 center diagonal blues which are really 'yellow' and the 2 center diagonal purplish/pinkish ones which are really 'light blue' can not be fully separated from each other.

As far as the challenge goes, I made it all the way and solved 1 of 2 pillars before time ran out. I don't think I have it in me to keep attempting that. Each run seems more luck than skill based on the luck of the maze pattern you get, and sometimes you just get brutal mirror mazes. In case any one is curious, they seem to have programed in detection to know if you try to suspend the game process at the OS level so that you have time to think.

*sigh* I just discovered the triangle puzzles in the maze. I was rushing through and missed them because I was afraid the music would stop. Sounds like I have to be fast enough to do two of those and even a couple of pillar puzzles in the room before the music ends.

This has defeated me for now. Back to looking at this "Blow hates color blind people" puzzle for a few more hours: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=612482180

So after about a dozen tries I finally made it through the maze while the music was still playing expecting that crypt thing to be open. Nope, it was still closed. I don't understand. Do you have to solve all the puzzles in the main underground with the elevator for this to work? If so there is a glitched rainbow colored one that I have wasted hours on without solving yet.

@mightyduck: There is a zone/area to the right of the one that has the brown coat that has a boss protecting another power up you need to get further. Once you have that you can goto the top of the zone that had the original drone/grapple-hook to make it to a new zone.

I beat it on normal with 94%/99% then went back and got 100/100, then got 100/100 on hard. Same ending as OP all 3 times. None of my text was green though. Unclear what that means.

Perhaps green means you also found and cleared all the 'glitch worlds'? I only found 1 in my hard play thru and 2 or 4 in my normal one. I have seen some people say there are as many as 5. The locations seem to be random per run, unclear if it also a random number of them too.

Has anyone beat it with 0 deaths?
