You better get Marvel vs Capcom 2 or you are crazy.  Actually, get every Capcom fighter on Dreamcast.

But for the Dreamcast Crazy Taxi is a MUST, I'd all but forgotten about it......

Perhaps I'm overestimating the future collector's potential of the Dreamcast.

Don't forget Power Stone 1 & 2. Toy Commander and Chu Chu Rocket are wonderful games as well.

Trying to stay within the realms of "Oh god please don't sodomize me, Admin!", I'd like to point out that most Dreamcast models had absolutely no form of copy protection, and it just thought that cd-r's were the cutest things ever.

gundam side story 0079, tech romancer, powerstone 1&2, marvel vs. capcom 1&2, blue stinger, fur fighters, soul calibur, toy commander, carrier, nightmare creatures, mdk 2, house of the dead 1&2, confidential mission, virtual-on oratorio tangram, crazy taxi 1&2, jet grind radio, sega bass fishing, seaman, maken x, slave zero, gauntlet legends, legacy of kain: soul reaver, nfl blitz 2000, outtrigger, shenmue 1&2, sonic adventure, space channel 5, sword of the berserk: guts' rage, timestalkers, super magnetic neo, psychic force
 
also, definitely try to find an official sega light gun and fishing rod.

All good suggestions so far but how about... Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, Headhunter, Grandia II, Soul Calibur (still the best one in my mind), Cosmic Smash, Bangai-O, Fatal Fury-Mark of the Wolves, Typing of the Dead, and Daytona USA 2001.

Wow, that's pretty awesome.  I picked one up used recently and it took me two hours to scrape the crust of dirt and grime off of it, it was brown.  Just be sure to have some of these handy if your going to be using any peripherals.

PLAY SOUL CALIBUR AND DOA2.  These two of the best games on the system.  Also, SEGA BASS Fishing if you bother to get the Fishing Reel controller, which by the way can be used to spin Kilik's Staff in Soul Calibur.  Honestly, I have yet to see a console which was as user friendly or as well designed as the Dreamcast (heat issues notwithstanding - my launch DC is still running fine).

I snatched one up from ThinkGeek as well, awhile back. Still got the thing unopened, along with a copy of Shenmue.

Still am yet to play one

Crazy Taxi and both Power Stone games are a must.
