well havent written a blog post on this site before, so i thought id start now. Just watched grave of the fireflies and i must say it is possibly one of the saddest films i have ever watched and personally i would put it maybe as studio ghiblis best work. The character development of the protagonists is great, and theres an underlying sense of dread throughout the whole film, by the end i was practically in tears, anyone else watched it, what did you think of it?
