You can argue that I'm not forced to buy the DLC, but when they actively try to trick you into doing it, then it's not fun anymore.

If you play the demo and quit, then you have to sit through some slides of what an AWESOME game you're missing out on. You press A to go to the next slide. By that time, you just want to get out and you mash A again and again. And then, magically, on the last slide, Pressing A suddenly changes into 'Unlock the full game'.

I played the demo andthe game looked like an OK TF2-style shooter. I prefer less comedy in my shooters though, so I'll go with something more 'serious'.

I also got a little PO'ed by all the legal junk and the way they begged me to buy the full game (IF YOU UNLOCK THE FULL GAME NOW, YOU GET TO KEEP THIS!). Not very pleasant.

I'll pass.

I already had an XBox but bought a PS3 to be able to play Demon's Souls. I don't regret that one bit. These games are fantastic.

So first Sony loses all their customer data to hackers and then they want us to make sure we can't sue them when it happens again.

I'm interested to see if this is a valid agreement. In most european countries you can't make customers waive their rights which is probably why they've only changed the TOS in the US.
