Easily Silent Hill 2. There were portions of that game that freaked me out so much that I ran into an area, grabbed what I needed, and ran out never to re-enter that room again. That game was nuts!
I LOVE Call of Duty, but I wouldn't call CoD4 the best game of the generation. It certainly has the best multiplayer of the generation though. The extremely linear single player and the constant enemy respawns still hurts a lot of its glory. Games like MGS4, Bioshock, Uncharted, and GTA IV, however, have done really outstanding things in terms of design and innovation, so I would say MW2 has a lot to overcome in order to be in that catagory. We'll see though.
This is really sad; not only did a lot of people lose their jobs but all of those years of work spent on this game are going into the trash. I loved the old Duke games and I really hope somebody picks this up and gives it the attention it deserves. Long live Duke!
I would be okay with this if they didn't load it with children's songs. Maybe this is why Harmonix has been doing Naked Brothers Band songs and other Nickalodeon artists as DLC lately. I'm sure I wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole due to a pretty much guarenteed crap setlist.

and yes, the list the OP posted is trash and I hope its fake. I want good music, not a bunch of Harmonix bands (unless it was all Bang Camaro of course).
I had an English teacher my senior year of High School that was a total bitch. She would insult students all the time. Parents would come in complaining all the time and for some reason the school never did anything about it. She told me I was stupid on several occasions and even told me that she would be surprised if I ever graduated.
A teacher like this should never exist. It is their job to encourage kids and build up their confidence instead of putting them down. No wonder our drop-out rate is so high.
The achievements and superior online community are the only things keeping me buying everything on the 360. If it wasn't for those two reasons I would probably buy everything on the PS3 so I wouldn't have to worry about the system RROD on me again.
