I am on my third semester studying history, and I barely have any free time for games. When my classes are done I usually sit in one of the study halls and read for 3-5 hours and then go home, make dinner and then spend maybe an hour or so surfing the net and listening to podcasts or reading a fiction book. About the only time I really play games anymore is when I listen to longer podcasts, and then I usually play a quick fast-paced game or play online. This also seriously cuts into my editing time on Giantbomb. When I edit or contribute to Giantbomb (or any other Whisky Media site) I usually do a bunch of research to make sure I am correct in everything I write, then write a draft and then spell check and upload my changes. I simply don't have time to put that much work into it anymore.

I really hate having to find covers for older or more obscure games, because it is incredibly hard to find any good ones. Finding the US covers is usually relatively easy but finding UK or Japanese covers is an entirely different story. Often times I will spend almost as much time on google looking for covers as I do proofreading my articles. There are sites like Mobygames that have a lot of good covers, but they all have watermarks on them so that really doesn't help.
 
So yeah, annoying.

This is rather nice. I usually research all of my edits thoroughly so it is nice to see them come live instantly.

School starts this Monday. Which is good, I guess. Actually I am just looking forward to not working any more. I really haven't done anything other than work this entire summer, and, as a result, I have barely played any games, watched any movie, or read any books. With school I at least have a bit more time for those things.

Work eats time. Usually I want to play something when I get home but I just can't bring myself to do it. Mostly I just sit down in my chair and surf the net, then read a chapter or two in a book, then sleep, then I wake up and go to work, and the process repeats. I know this is probably a common problem so a lot of you can probably relate.

Anyway, school is starting soon. School eats time too, especially when it is your last year.
