Hades - so much Hades. That game lives up the hype and then some.

Thomas Was Alone - a shockingly well told story about AI liberty blended with a challenging puzzle platformer

DEFCON - astoundingly atmospheric nuclear strategy game

Banished - a very peaceful but challenging town survival builder/manager

To The Moon - deeply affecting linear-RPG story about the power of memories & truth

Bomber Crew - WW2 themed real-time aircraft strategy/management

Hotline Miami - Fast & violent top-down action game with incredible style & soundtrack

Mini Metro - stylish high-score puzzle game inspired by city metro maps

Maybe it's just because it's too obvious a pick but I am surprised Stardew Valley hasn't been mentioned yet.

At the moment I'm also enjoying defence builder Diplomacy is Not an Option, still in beta but fairly fully featured & a balanced challenge.

CDPR have not offered refunds. They've told customers to get a refund from the retailer, or else they got 1 (one) week starting today to email them and "they'll do their best to help you".

"We'll do our best to help you" isn't a refund offer.

Preferable to TakeTwo, but not by much. Hope they'll at least leave the F1 games alone.

Oh wow, F1 just put the full Malaysia 2001 race on their official Youtube channel. Liberty media finally convinced them the internet is a thing.

What an absolutely insane race though not always for the best reasons. Think I might watch it all again, there was so much going on. Hot take: I'll be surprised if Ocon doesn't get his butt kicked by FI management despite his 6th place, it was a poor move on Perez and probably cost the team a decent shot at the podium.
