Resident Evil Five Impressions

So I downloaded the Resident Evil Five 5 Demo off of Xbox Live today and wow. What the FUCK did they do to Resident Evil? Maybe it's just my memory, but RE4 controlled better than this? Or is it just that Gears of War and Dead Space spoiled us with good controls. But the controls are not just bad, they are terrible. Looking around is impossible, can run and shoot, aiming is awkward among other things. I really don't know what Capcom did to this, but this game, or at least the demo looks like absolute crap. Whats more annoying is the sound effects which are the exact same as Resident Evil 4's, and the level design, from these levels are atrocious. In case you have not realized this yet, I despised the demo, and will not be getting this game. Thanks for saving me sixty dollars Capcom.
Oh, and just a quick note. Got back into Fallout 3 the other day, and am really liking it, surprisingly.

The controls are better.

However I found visual queues to be massive down toned. The gore has been scaled back considerably, and I could barley ever see where my laser pointer ended up aiming. I died on my first run, and haven't bothered to try it again.

I thought that after you get the controls down, the game is better. I really enjoyed the demo but hasn't really sold me on buying the game.

To Artie: I'm sure the gore is toned down because it is a demo and is available to everyone, even kids. I'm sure the retail version will have full gore.

Hmm. Controls felt the same for me. Although, why on earth can't the people in Resident Evil run a little faster? It's like they're on an escalator.
