Why exactly is Xbox Live support in the Philippines?  No slight against the country but I spent about an hour on the phone today and didn't get a single bit of help.  The fella helping me asked questions and would be put me on hold to check his list of answers.  This continued for an hour.  At no point did he even get as far as asking me my network settings or asking about my NAT level.  It was ridiculous.  Really tired of companies farming out support to people without any kind of background in their field.
