Hello all, I'm really hoping you can help me figure out this game, it's driving me nuts Here are the details:
PC Game
Mid to late 1990s
Description: It was a sci-fi strategy game. It centered on you designing / upgrading your space fleet. You could modify the shields, weapons, etc of your ship(s). There were battles, but it wasn't a first person or third person style fight. It was more like a turn based strategy, but honestly I can't even remember if it was a TBS or not.
I know the description is ridiculously vague, but even just guesses would be great. Thanks!
