@wollywoo: Megaman X and Zero are androids, 100% synthetic but they have freewill and independent thought, basically they think like a human would. All the other robotic types are reploids, they used Megaman X as reference point but couldn't 100% recreate his unique android traits. It's also why X and Zero are not affected by the same virus infecting reploids, because they are androids. Regarding their appearance, I don't know the lore there, but it is just natural to make an android look human.
Sidenote: the X in Megaman X is meant to be a variable representing that X has unlimited potential because he isn't limited to the coding that creates the logic of Robots and Reploids, he can learn and change indefinitely.
original Megaman is a robot, so he doesn't technical share the same freewill a human or an android might have.
I did a deep dive into the Megaman lore around the time of the Zero games for GBA, so I apologise if my explanation isn't 100% on point.
@takkun169: Luckily this is an early access game, so it's not out technically, so it is not in thee running for game of the year... unless it actually gets released before the end of the year.
Seeing this, I have to say a Jeff/Brad endurance run style of this game is right, a quieter appreciation of the 80's Japan. I keep hearing about GBeast doing a play through of these games in comments, but I feel like Dan's antics are not well suited for a video series of this game.
Titanfall 2 got snubbed. I agree With Jeff about the multiplayer, but at least it got a mention there. The SERE kit moment getting cut was highway robbery, that moment empowered the player so much, it just felt so good chaining the slides, wall runs, and smart pistol murdering.
In regards to the other moments, I almost immediately found the world puzzles in The Witness, so while cool, it didn't stand out to me.
Inside's moment though was all sorts of flat for me, it was just a weird moment that never really paid off. I looked up explanations of the story afterwards and with that knowledge that moment clicks more but it was still rather non-profound.
