What did you guys think if the Lance Archer vignette? I liked it, I though it was very smart to throw a segment like that in during an empty arena show.

@shiftygism: Sorry for butting in on the conversation. But I just want to give my opinion on the value for money as it relates to AEW PPV's etc. I live in Ireland so I pay the €5 a month for AEW Plus - which is basically, as you probably know just the weekly Dynamite show. That works out at €1.25 per show which is pretty amazing. (This includes watch on demand and unlimited playback)

Revolution will cost me €21.99 ($23), this is consistent with the price that has been charged for the other PPV's they have had. I think this is a fair price to pay 4 times a year for a product I enjoy.

I agree with you that a $55 price is excessive but I believe that is more to do with the deals they have had to agree with in the US - I don't think they can just turn around and say we are going to have all future events cost $10. That is unrealistic in my opinion. If they could get to a parity with prices we have here I think it would go a long way. But again this could be beyond their control.

You can watch AEW Dark on Youtube for free. There is also the BTE channel as well as other channels like Sammy Guevara's which advance storylines etc.

I personally don't support AEW because I hate WWE, I support it because it reminds me of what I used to love about wrestling. It's the same reason I subscribe to NJPW. The choice is there for everyone now on how they want to spend their money, and that is a great thing. It is just a pity it costs some people more than others.

I going to check out Judgement. Alex made a great *ahem* case for it.

Don't know if i'll be able to watch NXT since I cancelled my WWE network sub. I live in Ireland so no other way to watch as far as I know.

I signed up for the FITE AEW sub which was great. The feed just kept going during the Ad breaks

I have a slight feeling I may be a mark. But I really enjoyed the first AEW show, no complaints, which i think may be a first when it comes to watching a wrestling show. Long may it continue :)

Double or Nothing is €17.95 on the Fite app here in Ireland - I'm surprised in how expensive it is elsewhere to be honest - I think most people who are interested in it would buy for it $25

Great match, the only cringe part was the english speaking/shouting fan in the crowd - no one wants to hear your opinion buddy.

I listened to Ben describe those sections before playing them as well so I was expecting the worst.

To be honest I thought they worked well.
