Call Of Juarez is ..?

was just on my 360 and checked out a video.. looks like Call of Juarez is not a GTA game?
with all the success of RDR you think that they would try and play off that..
but they make the game a GTA clone pretty much ruining the opportunity.. I would love a RDR clone
seeing how well that game was made
