Sgt. Navarro (specialist) has quickly become my go-to guy, always getting the kill/item/intel at the best time. Sq. Walker (grenadier) has a tendency to get shot a lot and is thus never available for missions. Sq. Caravella (marksman) also likes getting shot and spending time on the base, chilling. Strangely (?) enough, Rk. Ryckert got shot and killed on his very first sortie with X-Com. RIP.
I've yet to take Rks Gertsmann and Shoemaker out for a spin.
