I just had to wait for 40 hours for a NCSoft support rep to reset my account password (An action that should probably be covered by a form on their website).

This got me wondering, what is the longest time you ever spent waiting for support guys to get to work, finish their lunch or whatever keeps them from doing their job and respond?

Extra points for posting company names.

The videos work for me ATM (through a proxy), I guess they were reverted to the old system.

Not when the videos section is completely broken for them "
I think someone might be exaggerating. "
It's definitely broken for me, see my previous post.
I'm not against the idea of streaming stuff, but the old system had its advantages.

The videos do not play for me in any browser through a proxy

I tried two different proxies(company, personal) and it didn't work. I also tried to remote desktop back home and try from there (no proxy) and it worked.

My personal proxy and my home connection have the same IP, so it shouldn't be a location problem.

Anyone having similar issues?

My best guess is that this is a non-issue - the game will likely support peer-to-peer traffic just like the first one. In other words - there won't be any lag on a LAN.
