This is the first time that I am crying openly at a pub. I just found out. I cannot believe this. He probably was in the happiest place of his life. Maybe that is the best way to go. When you are happy. He's been a part of my life for over 15 years even though I never met him. My thoughts are with his family and friends. Ryan, see you later. Rest in peace! :'(

I lost HOURS of game time. Now I have to start over. This is inexcusable. They have to make it up to us somehow. Do NOT let them off the hook for this.
