So how are the custom soundtracks working out? Does the remixing stuff work well? I don't want to go through all the trouble (fucking MS) if they sound dumb.

I haven't had as much pure fun/enjoyment from a game then I am with this right now in a long time.

I am extremely overexcited to get out of work and pick this up on my way home. I played waaaaaaay too much of Bulldog over the weekend, ending up around 22 mil. This game seems to bring out my trials hd infused highscore based masochism, so that's a thing I've learned about myself.

It's sold out at most stores near me for xbox, I have to wait a week! Can't wait to attempt to take down some of your scores!

The custom soundtrack feature in this game is fantastic, and it opens up so many possibilities. Right now, I'm using a who's who of 90s alternative rock, but sometime soon I'm going to have to try out the some music from the Ridge Racer or Wipeout series of games.

if devil survivor 2 had not come out I would have had it too!

Yeah this game really quickly consumed my life. I should probably sleep but I just have to beat this dude who keeps beating me, but only by a little. ARGH!

This is definitely one of those few, rare games that gets the fever going in me, and I gotta keep topping my scores. It's usually racing games that do it, but I can't get enough of trick it. Then again it's been YEARS of pent up SSX fury waiting to come out. I fear for my controller's safety.

The very first thing I ended up doing was a Global Event. I was only 2m behind your score on it, as a matter of fact...

You said it. After the World Tour is finished and we've maxed out our characters, I have no doubt the RiderNet and the Global Events will keep me coming back. I placed Silver in one of the Global Events and realized that if I just went a bit faster, I could shave the 10 seconds off that I needed to nab Gold... and then... if I just shaved 10 more seconds off... Absolutely addicting. And I love the buckets of credits you earn as you place.

Almost done work just 2 more hrs sigh, I am going home to play this till I fall alseep at the tv. So pumped I have probably sank 8 hours into the demo alone. Chasing high scores and competing asynchronously with people is exactly what I love about this generation of games, really hope this takes off so more games put this stuff into them.

I've been waiting patiently for February 28th to come around. By patiently, I mean I've had to buy one of those things that keeps you from grinding your teeth and playing on Bulldog non-stop in the SSX demo until I would eventually accomplish what many others have done: buying SSX. Ladies and gentlemen, that day has finally drawn nigh. The skies have opened up, the rain of the SSX world is pouring on our blessed souls, and it is both refreshing and full of life.

There are few games out there which could bring this level of giddiness to me, those being the words "new Vagrant Story" coming from Matsuno-san's mouth and Level 5 spouting off "Dark Cloud 3". Every gamer in existence have those few games which they will always be unapologetic about, sure. However, there are the very few games which make them pop a raging nerd-boner that refuses to go limp. Those are the three for me, and I now have a game in my hand that I will LITERALLY dump as much time into as I did with WoW (that's from launch until the end of Lich King for anyone curious). I know that seems weird to hear, that someone can dump that much time into a snowboarding game. However, I grew up in an arcade atmosphere, and there's nothing like high scores and the challenge of keeping them that drives me to achieve my own personal greatness.

So I hope to "see" everyone possible on the slopes. I've already gotten a million different friend requests and accepted as many as possible. Meanwhile, I figured I would throw up what my custom soundtrack will consist of for the game, just so you know what I'll be jamming as I tear into the slopes...
