It's been a wild ride over the past year (I'm the above mentioned Kyle). We've definitely had our shares of ups and downs, but I'd say that working long term on a creative project like this has strengthened our friendships quite a bit. It's nice to see the difference in our work from the beginning to now (both on a production and on air scale). Giant Bomb has been a huge help from watching how the group handles different situations during a show. We owe this community a lot!

King's quest always felt revolutionary during their times. Implementing staggeringly good graphics in the later ones (for their time) and always having a great balance of plot points and comedy. They have also aged incredibly well, given that you were alive to remember the times they were created. I can say this without bias of nostalgia as well, as I only played about half of them as a child (born in the 90s) and played the earlier ones later as a young adult. The reboot did a FANTASTIC job of capturing the spirit of the originals while ditching outdated mechanics. I'm honestly incredibly psyched for the next 4 Chapters.

Vinny needs to play these. Vinny absolutely needs to play these with Austin.

WHISPER CAN DO IT!

While Steam certainly feels like a double edge sword as they go through growing pains, I feel confident that this is a step in the right direction. As we continue to expand into a digital age of convenience, the ability to purchase games without leaving our home (or before launch) and give consumer feedback to early access is going to produce a higher quality as the industry ages. If we continue to push the limits we can achieve greatness, and Steam is a huge stepping stone for that.
