No one cared anymore. There was no mainstream media. There was no excitement.ESA learned the hard way that you need the pizzazz, the glamour, the over-the-top, to get attention.And I don't know how long you've been attending E3, but I remember the early 2000's when it was loud and crazy and every model in LA was hired for it.
