I share haggis' curiosity. How exactly does this look mediocre and half-assed? It looks like they've spent a great deal of time on crafting everything (seems filled to the brim with stuff to do) that's in this game. Overall, it looks and sounds pretty awesome. Wild West GTA4!

Hm. Where's the actual... "star" power? Like, at least C & C 3 had Billy Dee and Ironside. This game has got nobody that's recognizable. Did they give up on getting anybody like that this time? That's a real bummer.

Cowboy Bebop. Or Trigun. Those two are pretty accessible and overall, pretty good.
I really enjoyed Bleach a year or two ago, but after 50 some episodes, I soon saw that it was gonna suffer from DBZ syndrome (I.E. goes on forever and ever to the point where they are writing out of their asses). I prefer ones that are short and sweet.
If you like giant robots, Gundam is an easy way to go. Really enjoyed The 08th MS Team, which is a grittier and more 'realistic' take on the whole thing.

Any form of drowning, really. Like, being stuck on a sinking ship, in a sinking car or anything like that... christ. I gotta hugehugeHUGE fear of being underwater in the middle of some ocean. Shipwrecks. Those kinda things just freak me out to no end.

Time After Time
I watched it mainly for Malcolm McDowell and his... well, Malcolm McDowellness. It had a few good moments, but it's incredibly typical as far as these kind's of movies go. You can also tell it was Nicholas Meyer's (the director) first film. Sloppy in some places. Still decent and worth a watch if you're interested in a crazy 70's time travel story that involves H.G. Wells and Jack The Freakin' RIPPER.

It's a film that wasn't really accepted at all by the public when it was first released and only recently came into better view because of the re-releases. It differs from typical mainstream Sci-Fi films and has attracted a devoted (but small) fanbase. It is a cult film.
