I never played the game, but this conversation is reminding me of the comic DMZ. That book seems to strike a lot of the human element Austin thinks this game is missing.

Seriously. All the guys were talking about it on twitter and I couldn't find ANYTHING about it. Glad they posted this.

I feel like this press conference is one of the reasons Jeff wanted to do game tapes.

Funny aside about Buzz Aldrin, I went to an elementary school named after him (Buzz Aldrin Elementary) and he would visit like twice a year the first few years the school was open. When I was in first grade Toy Story had just come out and we had an assembly where he showed up with a buzz lightyear toy and he was talking to the toy, and kind of playing with the toy, and kept saying "to infinity and beyond". Even at age 6 I thought "this dude is kind of nuts".

This is so freaking awesome. As someone who watches nearly everything giant bomb puts out, I still love these as they are the best of giant bomb in a super concentrated form. Congrats @turboman!
