Why is there less content in the sequel then the original? 2
I'm really disappointed in this game. WTF Ruffian games? Why does it feel like I'm playing a DLC add-on pack instead of a full blown sequel, huh? This whole game feels more like something they should have been released in the same vein as The Ballad of Gay Tony or The Lost and the Damned. It's the same city (though more dilapidated ) and adds very, very little to the players abilities. I haven't played Fallout 3 since I beat it in... well, November 2008. So, almost 2 years since I've been to the Capital Wasteland. Seriously, I loved the ending to this game. Despite all of it's issues I truly, truly dug the ending to this game. I don't mean the "hahaha, the game's over and I don't have to play it anymore" sort of thing. I mean the actual ending to the game was pretty awesome. You play as Super Secret Agent Michael Thorton. Well, not really super secret, most people seem to know who you are, or do they? Whatever the case may be, you work for Alpha Protocol who actually is a secret agency and does things...

Seriously, it is! Minus the female cast members, any Joss Whedon involvement, a countryish intro song, uhm.. and other things. I was excited when I heard Nathan Fillion's voice in one of the trailers, from that point on I was pretty psyched and that was before I even knew that Adam Baldwin and Alan Tudyk were even in the game too. But what if you're not a Firefly fan? wtf is wrong with you? You got a problem with great television and a movie that isn't accepted by the mainstream even though ...

I'm not going to even bother mentioning gameplay and all that, cause, well, I'm sure you know by now it's basically an M-Rated Zelda title seen through the eyes of a comic book artist. This game is awesome, it has really good combat, even if it could use more moves/combos. I don't mean Bayonetta or Ninja Gaiden combos, but just more and especially more for the extra weapons you can obtain. The exploration is perfect, there's a lot to see and a lot to collect. Fun but what's with the side "missions"? 0
I can't state how much fun this game was. It was fun. Does that do it? Okay, assuming you don't just take my word for it, this is a game where you can hijack a helicopter mid air and use it to mow down zombies. Do I really need to keep going? For me that does it, that's just bad ass enough. But alright, the game is a totally over the top sand box game where you can slaughter almost everything around you whilst trying to figure out what happened to you. I picked this up at Best Buy for 10 bucks on a day when a chunk of games went for the same price. I saw it and picked it up with out too much thought, I mean 10 bucks, why not? I started playing it and was surprised at how well the cover mechanic worked, and shooting was just fine.. past that and outside the James Bond theme it's just another average FPS.
