I keep my music as orderly as I can, though when it comes to driving, I'll generally select a playlist, or a specific genre and shuffle said genre.

Hmm, to be honest, I don't really listen to new music all that much. I am a fan of a couple of the new songs (though I suppose they're not 'new' anymore)
 
I tend to stick to music mainly from the 40's - 70's, mainly the Blues, and Blues-Rock. 
 
I am also a fan of Classical Music (like Richard Wagner, Carl Orff, etc.) and Electronica/Dance (and related genres).
