Hi. I had a charge problem too, first i tried several solutions with my boyfriend and finally we solved it. We poured some vinegar into a bowl and put on the battery pack of my controller, i wait like 15 minutes and dried the battery pack with a tissue, after this my controller turn on. Hope this help you.
