Most people on this site don't really have any past experiences (Or not much experiences with a lot of other fighters) with the KOF games, which is the reason why there probably choosing BlazeBule.

I say go with KOF XII.

Not surprise that people are saying it sucks. I've said it many times before and I'll say it again, the first film sucked ass and the second one looks like it's continuing that trend.

Seriously, when it comes to fighting games, I don't read reviews from other web sites. The thing is, most people from IGN or any other web site are not that big into fighting games. There are aspects to it that they tend to overlook. For them, as long as a fighting game plays good enough (At least for them) and looks great, it will get a high score. Web sites that contain a lot of fighting game fans have told me this before. I gotta play the game for myself to see if it turns out to be a fun fighting game (Which I assume it will be).

And another thing about BlazeBule, I don't think that it is right up there with games like KoF XII or SFIV. Also, I find it bullshit that some people on this site look at KoF XII and they're all like "meh, BlazeBule is more interesting" or "Street Fighter is better"  (Though, maybe the people who use the whole Street Fighter comment are probably just being assholes, not surprise seeing how it is the internet). I've played the previous games like KoF XI and KoF '98 UM and I really enjoyed them, and that's the reason why I'm really looking forward to KoF XII. If you don't have any previous experiences with KoF then I suggest that you don't be so quickly to jugde the game right away, at least rent the damn game when it comes out and see what you think.

IGN  also gave that Castlevania fighting game like a 7.5.

IGN tends to overate some games. I do remember them giving one of those awful Naruto fighting games like over an eight out of ten.
