If I play as a female I usually end up creating my wife..My wife is a true bad ass and I like to see her go on these bad ass adventures. She will usually sit in the same room as me and finds it funny if she's not off reading a book.
Obviously, the best game that uses this is Astro Bot. The only other games I can really speak on at the moment are Spider Man and Bugsnax. With Spider Man you can feel the tension in the triggers while swining and the "senses" on the different side of the controller is a nice touch as well. Bugsnax is more just a gentle rumble while walking but i'm not that far into it so there could be more. If you haven't watched the quick look for Astro Bot I don't want to spoil anything but that game is a showpiece for what the controller can do. I am impressed so far and I really like the way the controller feels. Final note evne though the controller doesn't do anything for the game itself I am really enjoying playing Dead Cells with the Dualsense controller. If there is anything else you would like to know I'll do my best to help.
I don't know if this will help any but I camped out for the second wave of PS5 pre orders at GameStop. I went in last week and asked how they were handling it. They are not doing midnight launches but they are opening up at 10 A.M. instead of Noon. They didn't know if they had extras yet but they are expecting people to camp out. I imagine if you drove by your store they would more than likely have a sign posted if they have any and of how many they have.
@csl316: No definitely not. I picked this up last night and have only played a few missions but it is not a full simulation. It allows you to adjust the power of your ship at different times depending on the situation you are in but still has an arcade feel to it. I am really enjoying it.
I purchased a PS5 for launch. I know that I will be wanting one and my ps4 was having issues so I figured it was worth it now. I have a PC and an xbox one X to cover game pass. My thought process is if you can afford it and you are wanting to get one anyway then just get one. Do what makes you happy.
@archimedes83: the weird thing is no matter what you are looking for at Gamestop you are automatically put in a que. So you are not only waiting on people who are pre-ordering the new Xbox but anyone on the website at all.
@navster15: not sure where you live or what the gaming culture is like near you but as a former employee of GameStop I would recommend maybe getting in line at 10 if you want to avoid the long lines.
