192812	Pit	Concept	Adding a bunch of stuff I was reminded of by https://www.giantbomb.com/forums/general-discussion-30/i-want-as-many-games-where-you-can-knock-enemies-i-1901134/ These games all have pits (generally bottomless pits). I didn't add every game in that thread because, like, I didn't play them and I would hate to be wrong on the internet. There are games (Dark Souls 3) that I feel *must* have pits but I can't remember them. Oh well! A lot of these games are really well known and popular, so I'm kind of surprised to see them left out here. I guess it's possible they were rejected before? IMO these *all* have specific pits I can remember but maybe it's worth defining what pits are acceptable; is a series of platforms in space above a "pit" or not? Can a pit have an exit on the wall? Must a pit be bordered on all sides by playable areas? How deep must a pit be before it's a pit? Is a cliff a pit (I think it isn't, but I could see the case for a cliff being a "bottomless pit" for the purposes of game discussion)	01/30/22 05:45PM	14	approved

190780	New Concept	Concept	I'm watching the GDQ run of dead space 2, and there's a sequence where you're trapped upside down and you have to defend yourself while you can't move, and I was like, hey that's like the bit from last of us where you're trapped upside down and you gotta shoot stuff. And then I checked the wiki and there wasn't a concept page linking those two games. I'm kind of curious if this sequence was done *before* last of us?
