One thing about the video’s structure; if you’re making a “hot take” then just commit to it and focus on your point. There was just a little too much “now I know this is going to cause controversy”, “I know people like this” and “of course I understand that…” prefixes to too many paragraphs for me to just focus on your point.
If you’ve got an opinion, own it. No need to asterisk every point within it. If people can’t grasp the ideas of those precursors, they’re not the kind of audience that’s ever going to give your opinions time anyway. Best to do the best job of speaking to one audience than diluting your point to make sure everyone gets where you’re coming from.
Agreed, and I see too much of this in general on this site. You don't need to apologize for having a different opinion or lead up to it with a bunch of qualifiers!

Still loving this series! Just as a heads up to Jess/Jan, the PC port of Silent Hill 3 is actually good. It was handled in-house by Team Silent and it shows. It actually runs just fine on modern PCs, just doesn't natively support widescreen. The only mods you'd want to install are the widescreen fix by ThirteenAG (also provides correct aspect ratio in cutscenes) and sound patch which can be found on the PC Gaming Wiki (some sounds were converted at the wrong pitch, this fixes that).
Just started this QL and it already has great energy, love the callback to the Astro war (even though I only ever saw the Twitter banter and not the streams). Thanks guys!
