I really couldn't care less whatever games are at 30 FPS or 60 FPS. While 60 FPS should definitely standard on certain genres (such as racing games & fighting games), we don't have to exactly have 60 FPS in every game, especially when we want great, stable framerates on our games.

Heck, we all have been playing games at Sub-60 FPS on consoles for the past 30+ years, even going as far back as the NES.

All I did in the PS3 section of The Elder Scrolls V board, was make a topic stating that PS3 owners should be compensated by Bethesda for doing a botched-up job with the PS3 version, then you got posters there calling me names like "Entitled," etc. & mocking me just because I don't own the PS3 version of the game. Just because I had my own opinion about it when the problems were very well known.

Then, on one of the topics on the Playstation 4 main board, there's the same poster who has also posted on that topic from "The Elder Scrolls V" board, that is both trolling & harassing me by posting that topic in which it has nothing to do with the main topic subject, just to embarrass me by other posters. I've reported him for both trolling & harassment, & the mods there did nothing about it! If it was any other messageboard, he would've been in serious trouble just for that.

I swear, I don't know why I put up with GameFAQ's in general. That's just one of the reasons why I rarely post there now & why I've now turned to other messageboards. Now I see why that site gets made fun of all the time. I haven't posted here in a while, but I hope that this turns out to be better. From now on, I'm only sticking to GameFAQ's for their FAQ's & reviews of games.

Are there anyone else that has a problem with their messageboards &/or their moderators in general?

Man, I can't believe it. It's just all so sudden.

And he had just gotten married, too. :(

My condolences goes out to his family.

Wow. Just...wow. It amazes me that the makers of MAME & GGPO can run these old games as well as the online play perfectly, yet, these actual developers themselves can't even emulate those games & the online play correctly on two home gaming consoles with tons of power under the hood.

Unacceptable. Very unacceptable.

Wow, That's even worse than the battery life for the PSP 3000.

Who wants to bet that Nintendo will either put out an official battery & charge a higher price for it or to release a newer model with a much improved battery life? :P

" I remember back when the PSP numbers were released for battery life, and almost everyone went berated Sony for how bad it was. Now, when Nintendo releases a handheld with poor battery life (yes it is poor), the majority doesn't seem to care. That really is quite funny. "

I was just about to post this, if this were the PSP we were talking about people would go APE SHIT, but for some reason people don't care if Nintendo have a handheld with extremely poor battery life. "
Unfortunately that's indicative of everything connected to Sony and the PlayStation brand right now; even before it's announced. People have spent the past five years moaning about Sony's emphasis of "console" experiences on the PSP. The same people are getting hyped over playing Ocarina Of Time and Metal Gear Solid 3 on the 3DS. Unfortunately Sony will have to battle the same media smear campaign the PS3 launched to with the PSP2 -- in fact, it will probably be worse. "
I totally agree with all of you. Everyone acts like Sony is the curse of the gaming media & that Nintendo is the saint in which they can never do anything wrong. Just because they were back on top within the Wii (as well as the DS selling big, of course) doesn't mean that they're starting to become invincible & or being immune to failing in the future. Let's not forget their flops that were the Virtual Boy & the GB Micro, as well as them struggling within both N64 & Gamecube. Sooner or later, their arrogance will get the best of them & it will bite them in the arse, again.

This sums it up:

LMAO. This game has been in development since 2004, I believe (back in PS2), & yet, this game is still in development. It's the next Duke Nukem Forever. Pretty soon, we'll be hearing about this game being delayed to Spring 2011, or even in Winter 2011. :P

Going from Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, so far, we've already got Ryu, Chun-Li, Morrigan, Dr. Doom, Felicia, Hulk, Iron Man, Wolverine, & Captain America confirmed. I'm going realistically by which characters that appeared on that game won't return. *Spoilers may be involved here*

Tron Bonne & Servbot; we've seen them make a cameo appearance on one of the backgrounds for MvC 3, so we can forget about them making an fully playable appearance there.

Megaman; He'll most likely get replaced by either Volnutt or X (the latter of which I want between the two).

Roll; can't say. It'll be either her or Zero (another character I want).

Rogue; she'll most likely be replaced by Ms. Marvel, if anything (especially when Ms. Marvel is much more popular & more important to Marvel than Rogue is; not to mention that Rogue lost her powers).

Zangief; he'll be replaced by another grappler like Mike Haggar.

Thanos; we already have both Super Skrull & Dr. Doom as Fantastic four villains; no need for a third.

Sentinel & Juggernaut; I don't think that they're going to appear, since both Marvel & Capcom are trying to nix giants for some reason.

Silver Samurai, Spiral, Blackheart, Colossus, Shuma-Gorath, SonSon, Omega Red, Amingo, Marrow, Rubyheart, Dhalsim, Anakaris, & B.B. Hood; LMAO! Fat chance for those characters appearing in this one.

Cyclops, Cable, & Iceman; they're all too similar to each other due to beams (in which we already got Chris Redfield for that, & probably Dante & Deadpool with Guns). Also, Cyclops plays more like a shoto, & we've already got characters for that such as Captain America, & Morrigan for it, & both Capcom & Marvel are trying to cut down on the clone/palette swap characters.

Charlie, Sabretooth (he's much more like Wolverine), War Machine, Ken, Akuma, Sakura, & Dan; Same as above when it comes to clone/palette swap characters.

Jill Valentine; we've already got Chris Redfield filling in for her, & if there's another RE character, it'll most likely be someone like Wesker, in which Capcom is talking about having some Capcom villians for this game.

Hayato, unlikely. Zero could be replacing him as a lightsaber character.

Bone-clawed Wolverine; that much is obvious.

Guile & Cammy; Can't see them appearing, in which Capcom will have someone like Bison if they're going for one more SF character as one of the Capcom villains, in which again,
Capcom is considering for their roster in terms of some villainy.

Jin; No chance; especially going between Captain Commando &/or Strider.

So now, who's left? The only characters that MAY be appearing in Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 would be Storm, Magneto, Gambit, Psylocke, Spider-Man, Venom, M. Bison, either Captain Commando or Strider, & possibly Roll, due to their different playstyles as well as some of the characters being mascots.

If there's more than 30 characters in this game (say between 32-38 characters), then I can probably see those characters getting in (though I would like Zero much more than Roll & Megaman X than either Classic Megaman or Volnutt). I would also like to see someone like Dr. Strange for this game, especially considering that Dormammu is in this game.

 No, it isn't. "
Try to convince yourself all you'd like, but this game is based on Tatsunoko vs. Capcom and then molded into a 3v3 fighter with Marvel replacing Tatsunoko. If you can't tell by observing, you're just fooling yourself. Capcom (and s-kill) know that TvC isn't a serious fighting game on par with MvC2 and want MvC3 to be distanced from it while aiming it at the old core fighting market. It has been upgraded, but it is still using the same basic technology after having been ported to MT.

I only hope that the game does become as far removed from the game it came from (yeah, TvC) by the time it is released. MvC2 was too fun of a game to be tarnished by being associated with the far, far inferior TvC.

For both our sake, I really hope it ends up as "Marvel vs. Capcom 3" and not "Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Less Tatsunoko, More Marvel". "
I suggest that you read these links here:

Niitsuma Interviews there. He says he feels non E3 builds will be more MvC2-like over at EVO &/or at SDCC.

No way in hell would they leave him out. He just happens to be one of the most iconic Marvel characters around like Captain America, Hulk, & Iron Man.
